On March 3, 2008, Power Acoustics, Inc.
celebrated its tenth year of business. Dave Parzych, the
company president, wishes to thank the companies and associates that
helped make the company successful since 1998. "Although
primarily providing
services to the Electric Power Generation Industry, we've successfully
migrated our expertise over the last two years toward other commercial,
industrial and transportation
noise issues. We're now a full service acoustical consulting
company
offering services within Florida and other states."
Principal acoustical
consultant presents invited technical paper at NOISECON-2007
October 22,
2007. Reno, Nevada
Power Acoustics principal presented an invited paper at the Institute
of Noise Control Engineering (INCE) annual conference in Reno
Nevada. The paper, "Methods to Eliminate Continuous and Variable
Background Noise Sources" addresses techniques to extract the sound of
a "quiet facility" in areas where high background noise
dominates.
